Xinyi Expressway is a key project of Henan Provincial Expressway "Two Thousand Project". The project starts from Tiemen Town, Xin'an County, passes through the west of Yiyang County, the west of Yichuan County, and ends at the junction of Yichuan and Ruyang, with a total length of about 81.25 kilometers. It adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h, and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2022. At that time, another traffic artery will be added to the southwest of Luoyang City.
