Introduction
Quick Drying Strong Adhesion Two-Component Road Marking Paint Introduction
Two-component marking paint refer to reactive pavement marking coatings. In the manufacturing process of two-component marking paints, the A and B two components are packaged separately, and the curing agent is added during on-site construction. Then use special two-component marking coating equipment for internal or external mixing, and spray or scrape construction on the road.
The difference between two-component marking coatings and hot-melt marking coatings is that two-component marking coatings are chemically cured to form films, while hot-melt marking coatings are physically dried and cured to form films. The construction form of two-component marking is divided into spraying type, structural type, scraping type, etc. The spraying two-component marking coating is divided into two components: A and B, and the B component should be added with a certain curing agent as required before construction. During construction, the two components A and B are placed in different containers isolated from each other, mixed with each other in a certain proportion at the spray gun, coated on the road surface, and a chemical reaction occurs on the road surface. The drying time of the paint film is not affected by the thickness of the coating film, but is only related to the amount of A and B components and curing agent, surface temperature and air temperature.
Internal mixing: simple construction, easy control of equipment, not easy to solidify equipment;
External mixing: the line shape of the marking paint is not beautiful, and the thickness is uneven.
